On A Computer:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, click on "BILL & PAY" in the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen.
Select "Billing History" to display monthly bills from the past several years.
Find the bill your are looking for and click on "View Bill" to view a PDF file of your actual bill.

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, select the "Bill & Pay" icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Billing History" in the lower half of the screen.
Touch the paperclip icon next to the bill you would like to see. This will show you a pdf file of your actual bill.

On A Computer:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, there are multiple ways you can access the payment screen.
1. Click on "BILL & PAY" in the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen, then select "Make a Payment"
2. Click on the "Pay" button next to your current bill amount, under Customer Overview on the home screen.
The next screen will prompt you to select the type of payment you are making (card or bank account) and the date you want the payment to be made. It will default to the current day, but you may select either the due date or any date that works for you.
You will be prompted enter your debit/credit card information or your bank account information you would like to use to make your payment. Pay attention at the top right to your security phrase. The security phrase is the phrase you set during registration or were prompted to set upon Login.
You will need to review and confirm your payment information before submitting, and advancing to the confirmation screen.

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, select the "Pay" button
Use this screen to choose the amount to pay, and the date to make the transaction. Then select the plus (+) sign at the bottom to enter the details of your payment method.
If you want to pay a different amount, to pay ahead or split the payment among users, click on the second option under "Choose Payment Amount." Be sure to clear the contents before entering your amount. You do not use a decimal point, so double-check the amount after you are finished.
Choose to pay by bank account or debit/credit card. Fill out the form that appears on your screen.

On A Computer:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, click on "BILL & PAY" in the menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen, then select "Auto Pay Program."
Check the "Terms & Conditions" box to activate the "Enroll" button.
Click on "Enroll" and select the "Add New Card" or "New Bank Account" option.
Fill in the information for the card or bank account you would like to use to pay on your account and follow the prompts to finish the process.

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, select the "Bill & Pay" icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Auto Pay Program."
Select the account you wish to enroll in Auto Pay. If you have more than one account, you will need to enroll in Auto Pay for each account separately.
On the next screen, you will be asked to accept our Auto Pay Terms & Conditions. Tap on the "Accept" button to continue.
Select "Add New" and then select if you will be using a card or bank account to pay on your account.
Fill in the information for your card or bank account and follow the prompts. Once that is complete, select "Submit."

On A Computer:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, click on "Report Power Outage" in the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
On the next screen, you will pick an option from the "Outage Description" drop down menu to select either:
1. No power, breaker checked.
2. No power, breaker not checked.
3. Partial Power.
You may also type in any comments you have. For example, you heard a loud boom, you see any downed power lines or power poles, etc. This information could be useful to line crews in diagnosing power issues.

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, tap on "More" at the bottom right of the screen.
On the next screen, select "Contact Us"
Next, you will select "Report Power Outage"

On A Computer:

First you will want to add or confirm your preferred contact methods. Once you are logged into SmartHub and on the homescreen, click on "SETTINGS" in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Then select "Contact Methods."
On the next screen you may add your email and/or add a phone number that you would like to receive notifications via email or text. When entering a phone number, you have the option to mark if you would not like to receive text messages or if you would like to be placed on a Do Not Call List.
To manage which notifications you receive and to which method you receive notifications, you will again start by clicking on "SETTINGS" in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Then you will select "Manage Notifications."
You can start by clicking on the "Billing" drop down menu and go through the listed alert types. You can select if you would like to receive a text and/or email for each alert type. You may do the same for "Miscellaneous" notifications.
After you have selected which alert types you would like to receive and how, click "Save" to finish.

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, tap on "More" at the bottom right of the screen.
On the next screen, select "Settings" and then "Manage Notifications."
Tap on "Billing" to manage all billing alerts. Tap on each alert type to select if you would like to receive a text, email, or both. You may do the same for all alerts under "Miscellaneous."
When you edit how you would like to receive an alert, tap on "Save" after each alert type.

On A Computer:

Once logged in and on the home screen, click "SETTINGS" in the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select "Security" and then the "Email" tab, then click the "Update" Box.

3. Click "terms & conditions" to read the fine print, then click the box to accept them. Enter the email you would like to start using for login two times, then click "Continue."

4. You will need to check the new email address for a code and enter it in the box labelled "Verification Code." Enter the same password you used to log in, and click "Verify."

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, select "More" at the bottom right of your screen.
On the next screen, select "Settings."
On the next screen, select "Billing Address."
Complete the form, deleting or replacing any information that is no longer valid. Add any additional information that you can complete.
Click "Save" in the upper right corner of your screen.

On A Computer:

Once logged in and on the home screen, click “SETTINGS” in the menu on the left-hand side.

2. Select “Security” and then the "Email" tab, then click the "Update" Box.

3. Click "terms & conditions" to read the fine print, then click the box to accept them. Enter the email you’d like to start using for login two times, then click “Continue."

4. You will need to check the new email address for a code and enter it in the box labelled "Verification Code." Enter the same password you used to log in, and click "Verify."

On the mobile app:

Once logged in and are on the home screen, select "More" at the bottom right of your screen.
On the next screen, select "Settings."
Click the 'Security" option.
Select "Change Sign In Email."
Click the carat for "New Email."
Enter the email you’d like to start using for login twice, then click “Continue.”
Read the agreement and click “Accept.” You will need to check the new email address for a code and enter it on the next screen to activate the email.
