BUDGET BILLING

BUDGET BILLING

BUDGET BILLING – Enroll in the Budget Billing Monthly Payment Plan and we will calculate an average payment to keep your bills more predictable throughout the year.

Our Budget Billing program is a billing option that helps stabilize your monthly electric bills. Leveling bill amounts out throughout the year helps our members with budgeting and keeps them from being caught off guard when higher energy usage leads to a higher bill than they expected.

How does it work?

Sumner-Cowley Electric Co-op’s Budget Billing option uses the average of your last twelve months electrical usage to determine your bill amount.

How will it impact my monthly bill?

Because the program uses your average bill amount over the past year to average your monthly amount you will not experience seasonal highs and lows.

How do I enroll?

If you’ve lived at your address for at least 12 months, and your SCEC account has a zero balance, you’re eligible to enroll in Budget Billing. Please complete the enrollment form below, and one of our member services team will be in contact with you to set up your account.

Contact Jennifer at 888-326-3356 or via email jenniferl@sucocoop.com to find out if you qualify.
